These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the rattlerplay.com website (the "Site"), which is operated by RattlerPlay LLC ("RattlerPlay", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our apps, including the Sport Playbook apps for baseball, basketball, football, hockey, and soccer, are distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of each app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless that app's App Store listing provides a different license agreement. Purchases, payments, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
How each app handles your information is described in its privacy policy, listed on our Privacy page.
You may use the Site for your own personal, lawful purposes, including learning about our apps and using the interactive play-board demo. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy it in bulk by automated means.
The Site and its content, including its text, graphics, design, and code, and the names and logos "RattlerPlay" and "Sport Playbook", belong to RattlerPlay LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission, except as allowed by law. Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
The Site links to websites we do not operate, such as the App Store. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RattlerPlay LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
